What is an Enhanced Primary Care or EPC Plan?
If you have muscular pain that has persisted for 6 months or more, you may have a chronic injury.
If so, you can speak to your doctor about whether you’re eligible for an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan – meaning 5 chiropractic appointments will be partially paid for ($58.00) per calendar year.
Once approved by your GP, speak to us about booking in.

Are there any fees involved?
For a standard appointment there is a $32.00 and initial $52.00 out of pocket fee at Advanced Health Chiropractic Preston.
What are the eligibility criteria?
A person with a chronic injury/condition can have an EPC Plan. A chronic injury/condition is one that has been (or is likely to be) present for six months or longer.
What is a Chronic Disease Managment Plan?
Your GP may refer to an EPC Plan as a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan. This is the new name for an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan. They are the same thing.
Do you offer EPC plans for Massage Therapy as well?
Medicare only allows EPC Plans to be used for Chiropractic treatment. There is no option for Massage Therapy services.

Your 1st appointment is $110.00 and if required, any subsequent appointments are $90. This is not including private health insurance rebates. At Advanced Health a 30-45 minute Chiropractic treatment can include: Chiropractic adjustments, Massage, Dry Needling/Acupuncture, spinal traction (ideal for disc injuries), Taping and Clinical Reformer based Pilates.
