Andrew Cunningham

Chiropractor, Clinical Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Dry Needlist

Andrew graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Science. He later completed a Masters degree in Clinical Chiropractic.

After working in Queensland for a number of years, he has returned home to work in Melbourne.  Andrew gets excellent results utilising a variety of treatment techniques on all patients to correct underlying dysfunctions to stop pain and increase mobility.  A single treatment on a patient may include dry needling/ acupuncture to tight muscles, followed by massage, mobilisation and chiropractic adjusting techniques. Andrew is also a qualified Clinical Pilates instructor and personal trainer making him a highly effective exercise prescriber for specific conditions and injuries.

He works with manipulative and soft tissue techniques, utilizing Drop -Piece tables, Activator , S.O.T, Blocking as well as manual manipulation. He attends many continuous professional development courses yearly so that he can give you the most up to date treatment in the chiropractic field.

Andrew’s thorough approach to patient care is evident with his long standard appointment times, ranging from 30-45 minutes.

Hiromi Ushikubo

Remedial Massage Therapist

Hiromi holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage. Working extensively at spas, rehabilitation centres, and several sports events, she has developed a wide range of skills to use in her approach to health and well-being. Her clients benefit from an individualised treatment plan which often includes myofascial release, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy.


Drawing on her many years of competitive sports including track and field, lacrosse and Irish dance, positions her well in her knowledge of athletes, their training methods, as well as mental and physical issues. In addition to this, her experience with an international Irish dance performance team in Ireland as a massage therapist, Hiromi has developed effective skills to assist clients in overcoming their injuries and performing at their optimal levels.


Her goals as a therapist are to see positive changes within treatments and has a passion in providing her clients with skills to maintain a healthy body. In her treatment, you will enjoy her flexible approach to tensions held throughout the bodies and treating specifically to fix any injuries.


Hiromi’s specialises in sports injuries, particularly dancing. She has gained a great deal of experience working with professional Dancers as the head massage therapist in 2015 for Michael Flatley’s “Lord of the Dance” and “River Dance”. Her knowledge of ankle, knee and hamstring injuries is extensive.


Through massage she is able to assist with injuries and release muscle tension, prescribe home care exercises for preventative measures and use specialised taping strategies to assist in the prevention of further injury.

Sarah Sorola

Reformer Pilates Instructor

After Refomer Pilates helped Sarah relieve her long-term back problems, she was inspired to immerse herself in the Pilates Method and become a qualified Instructor

She comes from a background in Early Childhood Education and has done specialised training for pre and post-natal Pilates

Her goal is to incorporate the Pilates Principles into every dynamic movement and guide her clients in a supportive environment. She is dedicated to ensuring all clients are challenged, empowered and energised. Sarah continues to broaden her knowledge through workshops, training, and mentoring, so clients will benefit from her constant desire to learn and implement new skills!

Anna Mitchell

Anna is a remedial massage therapist & myotherapist. Anna has been working in the complimentary health industry for over seven years. She treats with a holistic view of the body and believes many conditions, acute or chronic can be remedied and improved with soft tissue treatment and self care education. In treating, Anna utilises deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, cupping, myofascial dry needling and joint mobilisations to help ease muscle tension and joint pain. She believes in enabling her clients to care for themselves by providing advice on posture, stretching and strengthening techniques. She has experience working with professional and amateur sports players, dancers and martial artists, and is a qualified prenatal massage therapist. When not at the clinic, Anna spends her time practicing yoga, karate and ballet. She has spent much of her life travelling the world – studying nutrition in Canada, volunteering at a community health clinic in India and working at an animal refuge in Bolivia.
